Ensuring that products are preserved in the best conditions during transportation is always our goal. To achieve this, we adhere to three main principles in our packaging process:
- Selection of High-Quality and Environmentally Friendly Materials: These materials, with their natural origins, not only effectively protect the product but also contribute to environmental protection.
- Use of Good Quality Cartons: We also conduct strict checks on print samples to ensure that the product’s message is conveyed clearly and accurately to the customer’s intent
- Aesthetics and Safety are Top Priorities in Packaging: The packaging process in the wood industry plays an important role in protecting products during their journey from the manufacturing plant to the consumer’s hands.
The safety of each wooden product, from furniture and raw materials to exquisite items, throughout its market circulation from manufacturer to retailer, is considered a key factor.
The packaging of wooden products not only ensures that the product is protected from damage, scratches, warping, or mold but also serves as a potential message that speaks to the class and quality of the product to the customer.
A well-designed, sturdy, and informative package asserts the high value of the wooden product, thereby building trust with all partners! Some typical packaging methods include:
- Shrink Wrap: This method uses polymer plastic film to tightly cover the product. When heat is applied, the plastic film shrinks and fits snugly around the product, providing optimal protection.
IPP: This packaging method is specifically for industrial plywood products, protecting the surface of each plywood sheet during transportation. - Crate or Carton Packaging: For this method, uses ISPM 15 standard pallets to prevent any potential diseases from the wood pallets that could harm the product. This allows us to meet the stringent requirements of customers from major markets such as the EU, USA, Australia, and Japan. In addition, we also provide packaging services tailored to the specific requirements of each customer, serving a variety of different goods.
